Who we are
RK Outdoor Services provides landscaping and garden services in Selby and the surrounding areas. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote: your name, phone number or email address, postcode, the service you need, details about the job and any photos you choose to upload.
When you leave a review: your name, town (if given), star rating and review text.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To arrange and carry out work you've asked us to do.
- To show approved reviews on our website, with your name and town as you entered them.
We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.
Our legal reason
We use your details because you asked us to contact you about work (taking steps before a contract), and for reviews because you chose to share one (consent).
Where it's stored
Quote requests and reviews are sent to our business email. Uploaded photos and reviews are stored securely with our website provider. Photos are private and only we can view them.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or job, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, including removing a review. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
